1. Dallab has established a standard protocol that will NOT promote, sell, ship or perform any business trade with companies, organizations and individuals that are on the official United Nation list of terrorism supporters.

2. Also as a general rule, Dallab strictly does NOT ship to countries, either for reasons of restriction rules and/or governed by their import/export control laws.

3. In addition, the use of any Dallab Crypto products in countries or regions that have enforced public or informal regulations on encrypted communications, is at the sole risk of the users.

4. To the best of Dallab’s understanding so far, there are no formal restrictions and is not banned from using Crypto communications devices for some countries including; EU, USA, Australia, and Japan; India, most of Asia, South America and Africa.

5. In some selected countries, the use of Crypto communications devices may be subjected to local approval and licensing to be granted by its state authorities. Dallab cannot guarantee its full compliance for such countries which may include Russia and other CIS countries.

6. In case of doubt or for further confirmation, Dallab strongly recommends interested parties to obtain verifications from their legal competent lawyers or the relevant authorities of the intended country.

7. Dallab legal department has issued a general marketing notice that; in countries where there is any applicable laws or restrictions, it will be the obligation of the users to obtain any required license, approval, permit from the relevant authorities, for operating any Dallab Crypto communications devices.

8. At such, Dallab CANNOT be held responsible for any dispute, claim, and problems that may arise.
